Jodi is a highly-experienced executive consultant with more than 30 years of experience leading transformation initiatives with Global Fortune companies and global NGOs.

She has worked with leading advisory firms such as PwC and IBM as an executive consultant, and is currently the executive director of Innovation Resource Center for Human Resources (IRC4HR) where she is focused on funding action research and curating insights into the implications of technology and digital disruption on the future of work, organizations and people, and leadership. Jodi is also a contributing author of “Black Holes and White Spaces: Reimagining the Future of Work and HR.”
